Will JARXSONS perform "cash on collection" type pick-ups?

Yes our team can receive payments on collection.

How are funds paid to me?

We remit twice per week on a Monday and Wednesday for the previous delivery cycle directly to your bank account.

What payment methods do we accept for COD?

Currently Cash, Cheques and Online Payments.

Coming Soon - Linx, Debit Card and Credit Card

How do I get the money from COD transactions completed by JARXSONS?

Remittances are deposited directly into your bank account at no extra cost to you. Please see the COD section of our logistics service terms and conditions.

Does JARXSON check/open my packages?

JARXSON does carry out random inspections of packages to ensure compliance.

Will JARXSONS collect an item from a client on my behalf?

Yes JARXSONS offers collection from any area we service and will deliver to you.

What is the best way to integrate customers (on my website) into my JARXSONS account?

We currently offer multiple integrations into customers’ websites, inclusive of APIs and Widgets. For Retail businesses, we strongly recommend the use of our API or our ready to integrate options for Shopify and WooCommerce based webstores.

Does JARXSONS deliver perishable items?

Yes, facilitate the delivery of items that require refrigeration or same day delivery.

How do I sign up for your services?

Are there any costs associated with registering or having account with JARXSONS?

There are no registration costs or account maintenance costs with JARXSONS.

Are there any areas JARXSONS. doesn’t deliver to?

Yes, there are a few areas we do not deliver to. This is to ensure the safety of our couriers and any package that will be on-board our vehicles.

What if JARXSONS doesn’t deliver to my area?

JARXSONS will gladly work with customers to deliver to an alternative area.

What if my package is bigger than the size limit but lighter than the weight limit or vice versa?

Our weight and size limits help us determine which vehicle is best suited for your delivery. Please refer to our Policies page under the section “size and weight limits” for an idea of any additional costs that may be incurred.

What if my package is heavier and bigger than the size limits stated for Standard Express Deliveries?

We will calculate the cost for delivery based on the higher charge.

Eg. Volumetric charge is $15.00 additional and the Weight Charge is $15.50, we will utilize the Weight Charge

What happens if my package was not delivered?

We will inform the sender that the package was not delivered and the reason why.

The Sender can then choose to:

  • Have us re-attempt the delivery again or
  • Have the delivery cancelled.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive at my location? - as well as Tobago?

We offer delivery service in most areas within 1-2 Business days. Most rural areas and Tobago we ask for a maximum of 4 business days.

Does JARXSONS notify my clients of an incoming package, and if yes, how?

Clients can be notified via email or text message of an incoming package. To utilize this service, your client’s email, mobile phone number (including country code) and all receiver address fields must be included in the order. Please review full details on this in the T&Cs.

Is there a fee for "failed" deliveries?

Yes, JARXSONS charges 50% of the delivery charge if the failed delivery is to be reattempted and 100% of the delivery charge if JARXSONS is to return the package to the sender.

Is there a tracking number for your deliveries?

Each order you process has a unique tracking number and tracking link generated which you can share with your customers for complete tracking.

Do you provide live tracking?

We do offer live tracking for both collection and delivery. Email addresses need to be included to benefit from this service.

Do you provide packaging for deliveries?

We do offer packaging, from Mailers to Watch Boxes, Shipping Boxes and Organization Bags.
